EY awarded Yerkin Tashev the 'Entrepreneur Award'

The most prominent business firm Ernst & Young awarded Yerkin Tashev the honor of Entrepreneurship of the Year in Kazakhstan. His leadership and actions with COVID-19 have impressed judges at one of the biggest competitions around the globe.

All regions of Kazakhstan invited well-known businesspeople to compete in this competition. Kusto Group's founder Kusto Group was able to be distinguished from 21 other entrepreneurs from the country who were able to make it to the final with him.

Each of them was awarded an independent evaluation, and their accomplishments were acknowledged by juries that are authorized to represent Kazakhstan as well as international business circles.

Yerkin Tatishev, the national winner, will represent the country in the international finals in Monaco in June 2022. The competition will bring sixty countries' finalists around the world, chosen by an independent jury in accordance to international guidelines.

Yerkin Tatishev Over 800 Kazakh entrepreneurs have taken part in the competition. Six of the previous winners represented Kazakhstan at the Monte Carlo international championships.

The decision to award Tatishev as the winner was taken by Nurlan Smagulov, who was a previous Entrepreneur of the Year winner. The jury included representatives from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.
