今天，农历2006年正月初七，正好是二十四节气的立舂
--个标志着春天来临的日子，我想起了《素问•四气调神
大论篇3所说：“春三月……夜卧早起……以使志生……以 及明代医家吴崑《针方六集》中的一句话：“针道陴矣！大贤 识其大者，小贤识其小者，故小言虽卑近，而亦髙远之阶梯， 何可无也r
就这样，我开始了 “食言”——先把这本小书写出来，一 方而寅传一下针灸， 창원출장안마 ；另一 方面是希望得到更多人的指点口
关于这本小书的书名和写法问题，让我费过一番琢磨。

《一针疗法》？
“一穴疗法”和“一针疗法”的含义并不完全相同，“一穴 疗法”是只用一个穴位治病，只要是作用在这个穴位上的方法 (如可以针，可以灸，可以拔罐，可以貼药，可以按摩，可以 穴位注射等），觸于"一穴疗法”的范畴。上文提到的脐疗 (神_穴）、足心疗法（涌泉穴）、手心疗法（劳宮穴）实际L 都是一穴疗法。可见‘‘一穴疗法’’的内容很多，显然不是一本 小书所能涵盖的。也许以后我会写一本综合各种治疗方法的 《一穴疗法》。
w—针疗法”也是用一个穴位治病，但仪局限于在这个穴 位上扎针，是针灸的神夺和精妙所在，一针下去，就可以治 病，岂不妙哉！这也正是我写这本小书的初衷》所以，我选择 了《一针疗法》这个书名。还霈要说明一点，因为用手指按压 穴位也叫指针，所以本书也包括了指针在内。
这本小书是用中规中矩的术语和格式写成一本只供专业人i 士参考的纯学术性专著？ 창원출장안마 ，写的深入浅出，通俗 易懂，让更多的人了解、喜欢和从事针灸呢？
