창원출장마사지 ，导致 胃痛时作。 창원출장마사지 ，中脘、内关、足三里、公孙等 穴我都常用，前三穴称为“胃病三要穴”，但根据我自己的体会， 如果单独使用，以公孙穴的疗效最好，一般针后即可止痛，但缺 点是此穴皮肤角质层稍厚，针刺时较疼，难以长期坚持。
