Kusto Group's communities are designed with the quality of life in mind
Yerkin Tatishev says that "well-being security, well-being and environmental stewardship" are the most important factors for a pleasant urban environment. Kusto Group's founder refers to their newest residential project, which is located in Kazakhstan.

Yerkin Tatishev is currently building an urban area with European style for Kazakhstan as part of his plan for a modern residential area.

Koktobe City is expected to complete the project along the Almaty Eastern bypass road in 2023.

Kusto Group's goal in establishing Koktobe City is to develop an area that will meet families' needs in their everyday lives. Koktobe City offers all the basic needs of residents, thus saving them time and reducing their journey time.

Many modern cities have outdated infrastructure. Housing developments are usually not conducive to social interaction, do not have sports zones and do not separate pedestrians from traffic. Yerkin Tashev continued and said that the housing projects do not seperate work and pleasure.

Yerkin Tatishev highlights the importance of quality life in his construction of Koktobe City.

Tatishev was influenced in the low-rise buildings parks, efficient infrastructure, and cities in Germany, such as Dusseldorf.

"All of these elements create a relaxing living space, so we wanted to recreate that here at least in part," says Tatishev.

"Almaty is the Central Asian city that stands out as being the most European and open. It's also one of the most intellectual. We believe that we took the most appropriate direction to build by using the model of an "city that is for people".

Kusto Group has made Koktobe City their base and is committed to providing an engaging, modern learning atmosphere.
