Guru Datta Dhakal vice -head of D.A.O has told alot about its jurisdiction , power and he further says,cases of 1 year custody and 10,000 compenstion of civil cases can be settled by the district administration office . cases related to reoutation are highly practises and settled in the DAO , cases of gambling, drugs selling and buying cases ,cases related to unhunan activities are highly practises and settled in the DAO . He further elaborate about scope of law as well.
Hon. CDO Tek Badahur Kc told us that they always try to help people through easy justice delivery acc to the principle of natural justice .He added that we have judicial body like supreme court , high court and district court , Which follows formal procedures, so it is called quasi- judicial body . He said that they try to solve disputes through mediati0on to maintain peace and security . DAO also conduct many awarness programme to control the crime inb society.
Nabaraj Baral chief administator officer of citizenship has, given various knowledge about citizenship card and its types , And its process of issussing .He further says various provision regarding citizenship in constitution 2072 on prt-2 sechudle 1,2,3 and 7 regarding citizenship card.
