Web Call Taker
1- Should be single page based and very simple to add calls, no call backs, Ajax calls, user friendly, no scroll, any-pops should be full screen. No lists of text options, drop downs only. (DONE)
2- Linked with auto address finding system e.g. QAS/Google map/TomTom so that user can input pickup/drop address easily. For example when search hospital ""Hospital XYZ"" system should show full address as well as co-ordinates."
3- Patient selection should be single page, pop-up should come-up to select patient if more than 1 patient exists, to create new patient pop-up should come up and automatically feedback to the call taking form. (DONE)
4- For all Web/Call Taker/Dispatcher wards should be suggestive free text (DONE)
5- There should be customer management, which means that supervisor should be able to add customers such as VHI (an insurance company, or hospital). These customer can have many patients. Supervisor can give customer username and password, they will be able (DONE)

Call Taker
1- Private Patient Address: system should load patient address from database. Public Address: system should provide searching facility for easy address population by searching addresses service such as QAS/Google/TomTom. Please note this needs to be implement (DONE)
2- Call taker should have an ability to attach document on call taking screen such as email or scanned copy of fax. (DONE)
3-Client database is full of same patient with different names. We need to introduce phonetic name verification to avoid duplication. When user is adding new patient, system must suggest name with predictive suggestions. Once user enter the data the system (DONE)
4-Must suggest duplication based on name, date of birth address and phone numbers. (DONE)
5-There should be option of putting in the patients email address in all applications. Whenever call is taken email and SMS can be sent. This must be configurable from Supervisor console. (DONE) This must be configurable from Supervisor console. (This part is not done)

6-Complex Schedule: system must create schedules for next 2 month and then keep on adding automatically using service. (DONE)
7-If patient is on holidays for a week, user should be able to input start/end date time to cancel visit for that duration. same as in innovacare system. Ability to set patient temporarily unavailable or off-service. (DONE)
8-There should be an option in the system to de-activate schedule and all future trips from a specific date. Such as patient deceased or moved to another client. (DONE)
9-Notes should build up automatically for complex schedules. e.g. trip 1 notes should be visible with following trips. On subsequent trips notes from previous trips should be visible and users should not be able to override the text. For each trip users (DONE)
10-should be able to add and update their own notes. (DONE)
11-Notes from1st leg journey should appear automatically in return journey. Its must show that notes are from 1st leg. On subsequent trips notes from previous trips should be visible and users should not be able to override the text. For each trip users (DONE)

13-We need to make HC number (e.g. MRN) and Qatar ID (e.g. National ID) to a generic term usable for all countries. (DONE)
14-System should enable to add or search patient while remains on the same screen using pop-up, with minimum clicks and feedback data automatically to call taking screen. User should not have to leave call taking screen to look up or add a client. (DONE)
15-Whenever call is taken patient notes must appear on call notes as well. Call notes must be copied to the return trip as well,
Based on the appointment time suggest collection time automatically using route time calculation.
16-Allow grids filters and remember for each users. For example stations filter, vehicle type filter etc. Ability to show hide columns as per each user needs (DONE)
17-System should be allowed to create copy of a cases both single journey and consultations, 1st leg or return or both
When call taker make changes in the detail of the call, text message or email should be sent to customer regarding these changes (please note updates must also go to dispatcher and MDT) (DONE)
18-We need to introduce flags in CAD. Call taker, dispatcher and crew on MDT should be able to attach the flags with description , these flags should be visible on all applications. Flags can be linked with patient as well. Once flags are linked with the pat (DONE)
19-ETA must be show with each dispatch call so that in case customer call, we can update him. (DONE)
Dispatcher
1-Update grids in all applications to allow filtering, sorting, re-arranging columns, exporting, hiding column, and user settings saved for each users. (DONE)
2-Dispatcher should be able to select multiple cases and dispatch to a single vehicle. (DONE)
3-Dispatch board should have an option to see vehicle day plan and user should be able to select vehicle from that list. (DONE)
4-Dispatcher should be able to see list view of plan-board on full screen. (DONE)
5-Dispatcher/call taker should be able to change the priority of the case even after dispatching. When priority is change system should update and alert call taker, dispatcher, MDT, as well as flags and notes. (DONE)

6-Vehicle list may show number of cases completed/total number of cases assigned (This is dependent on FMS/SMS)

7-Location of vehicle and ETA must be shown and updated in real time. (DONE)

System must show number of shift hours left for a driver when assigning cases. We should have column crew member name and number of hours left. (This is dependent on FMS/SMS)

8-Ability to group vehicle day plan by crew to show total working hours and number of cases (This is dependent on FMS/SMS)

9-Date and time box must be writeable for all applications . (DONE)

Supervisor Console

1-Allow creating customers login for web portals, set station for user and dispatch status . (DONE) dispatch status (This is not done)

2-Supervisor should be able to configure the station and auto-accept case for customers. (DONE)

3-Search communication between vehicle and dispatcher by there conversation. (DONE)
