The Denison Cultural Survey
The Denison Cultural Survey is a management tool designed to assist companies assess the performance of their company's culture. Based on Daniel Denison's Denison Organizational Culture Model developed at IMD, this survey can be utilized by any size company looking for insight into its performance.

The model consists of four quadrants, each with three components. Each element represents an essential aspect of the company's culture and is then measured using an index system.

Mission
This component measures how well an organisation is defined and on track for long-term success, as well as whether employees are aligned and fully invested in its pursuit. academic leadership indicates how successful they will be at reaching those objectives.

Consistency
This element of the Denison model assesses an organisation's defining values, processes and systems that define its culture. Additionally, it measures whether these practices are creating leverage to reach goals and inspire change.

Adaptability
This element of the Denison model assesses an organisation's adaptability to changes in customer demands and business requirements. It also shows how effectively they learn with a customer-focused focus and how they can adjust according to new technologies, skills and opportunities.

Creating Change
This component of the Denison model examines an organisation's response to new opportunities and obstacles. Additionally, academic leadership assesses how effectively individuals at all levels are enabled to engage in dialogue to find a resolution to an issue or problem.

The Denison organizational culture model is a 25-year research initiative that has been used by over 5000 organizations around the world to foster high performance cultures. It emphasizes four essential traits of an effective culture: mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency.
