Arzu Aliyeva, Vice-President at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President visited today the special boarding school No12, Khazar District, and the summer camp for orphanages No1 located in the Shuvalan Settlement. The two visited also the Narimanov District psycho-neurological orphanage and the Downs Syndrome Association.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents at the Foundation, visited the first Khazar District special boarding School No12.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed that the facility educates paralyzed children since 1969.
In 2010 Mehriban Aliyeva the First Lady of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, repaired the building.
