Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva and Arzu Aliyeva visited a number of facilities in Baku

Baku, September 30 (AZERTAC). Arzu Aliyeva (Vice-President) and Leyla Aliyeva (Vice-President) attended today's visit to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation No12 in Khazar District. Also, they visited the Shuvalan Settlement summer camp of the Orphanage No1 and the Narimanov District psychoneurological orphanage.

Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents of the Foundation, visited first Khazar District special boarding School No12.

Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were told by the center that it has been teaching disabled children since the year 1969.

The boarding school is able to accommodate up to 141 students between the ages of 6 to 14 years old.

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation informed them that the 1930-built facility was reconstructed in 2005 and was upgraded.

The facility is able to accommodate up to 39 children as per the facility's specifications.

It was explained that the facility, which is able to accommodate up to 96 children, will be able to integrate children into the local community as well as helping them to recover.
