After visiting various administrative department ,We than took group photo along weith chief of DAO vice - chief and other officers respected sir and madam and returned home by 1:30 pm . We visdited there very shortly .So, i couldnot get the whole knowledge about functions, Jurisdiction ofADAO.I found the visit fruitful but it would be better if we get more time . The CDO and other officers were friendly . I was pleased with CDO officers who shared knowledge in spite of his busy schedule.
CHAPTER II-Findings and conclusions
2.1 Findings
a. The officers seemed friendly and doing their respomnsibilities fully.
b. the buildings was well organized and spacious.
c. DAO distributes the certificate of nepalese citizenship.
d. It helps to maintain peace order and security in the district.
e. It looks over half of the part of judicial sector and half of the administrartion sector and half of the administration sector, Thus it is called quasi-judicial body.
f. It processes and recommends for passwort.
g. It provises for assitance in development activities run by government of Nepal provience gov municipalities ,and Rural municipalities.
h. It monitors, maintains , repairs or causes to monitor , maintain or repair the properties of the government of Nepal in theb district .
i. It directs and coordinates among security agency ,Nepal police ,Armed force and National Investigation Department in district of Nepal.
j. It is responsible for providing relief work in case of emergencies bli8ke flood.
k. In case of threatened public security conditions like riots . it can mobilize security forces and take other actiopns like imposing curfiew order , fixing restricted ared , arresting anyone acc ton law, hearing cases as a quasi- judicial body.
