On a more serious note😁😁What "they don't see" is that he doesn't miss a beat, in the sense that they don't know he would have reason to even miss it in the first place. No one really acknowledged how hard it was for him, or at least didn't do anything about it. They don't see that he's having a really hard time but pushing himself to keep working anyway
