After extensive training provided by the company:

Provide in-depth consulting and recommend course of action to owners of small businesses, in such areas as management techniques, inventory control, buying, pricing, staff evaluation, supplier management, and sales and marketing. Analyze and interpret detailed inventory management reports for clients. Perform necessary administrative duties with clients, including progress and summary reports. Plan and assist with the presentation of seminars and workshops.

A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Reliable, friendly, determined communicator, able to see things from another person’s point of view and comfortable in dealing with store owners. A well-presented and businesslike person who is sufficiently mobile and flexible. Must be open to new experiences, responsibilities and thought processes. A team-player.

Understands the principles of business management, including interpretation of financial statements, budgeting, and cost control. Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance. Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing retail operations; achieving goals and objectives a plus. Ideal background would be in a service business: experience in consulting would be particularly helpful.
