Apart from the fact that Dillon is a hilarious person, his style works best when he's in a small and intimate space. He's somewhat lost on the stage, however his producer Ben is an ideal complement to the material. He's got a strong delivery, and I'm convinced is developing into a fluid comedian. He's certainly not the top stand-up comic, but he's decent. He's got plenty of good bits on his podcast, and it's worth a check them out.
Tim Allen may not be the most popular comedian in the world, but many of his quips can be thought to be pretty funny. He is also a decent podcaster and has some excellent rants on his podcast. His Netflix special, however, isn't that exceptional. It's not terrible however, it's not very funny. Just feels like he is trying to get rid of himself. It could be that he's doing this in order to leave some funny jokes. If you're a huge fan of his podcast, you might be disappointed with the Netflix special If you're searching for a stand-up show and you want to see it, you must watch it.
It's not the best stand-up show you'll ever see however it's certainly a good watch. Also worth a look at Dillon's podcast. There are a lot of excellent material and I believe his comedy skills are growing.
