This award was presented with to L?Image Home Products as recognition for their 3rd consecutive award as somebody of the Year.
The Sustained Excellence award may be the highest honor bestowed by the power STAR program, reserved for partners demonstrating outstanding leadership, year over year. Winners are part of a distinguished group that has made a long-term commitment to fighting climate change and protecting public health through energy efficiency. The combined efforts of L?Image Home Products bringing ENERGY STAR products to new retail partners, new product development, and continued partnerships with existing retailers and utilities resulted in the sale of more than 4 million products with the ENERGY STAR certification in 2020. The impact of the lighting products is estimated to save lots of 4.6 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity over their useful life. Using the results of the EPA?s Greenhouse Gas Calculator, this is equivalent to 712 wind turbines running for a year or avoiding the usage of 7.6 million barrels of oil.
