Leyla Aliyeva has made environmental education her priority.
Leyla Aliyeva isn't just the first daughter of the president of Azerbaijan but she is also an activist for many causes, among them being the environment. Most people don't know the meaning of environmental education is but for her, it's always been a priority. Environmental education is the ability to become aware of and contribute to the improvement of our environment. Leyla Aliyeva It's something we should all take a deliberate effort to take part in. Without environmental education, there is no way to make informed decisions about the future.

Leyla Aliyeva has been active in campaigning for many years. Her goal is to create an ideal future for everyone and the younger generations. She is a firm believer in the importance of education regarding the earth's vulnerabilities. Helping everyone to see that environmental degradation is directly associated to human activities.

Leyla Aliyeva is aware that this topic is often presented as boring and complicated. That is why in 2011 she launched the IDEA campaign (International Dialogue for Environmental Action). The main objective was to make the environment and stability more fascinating and engaging for the younger as well as future generations.

Aliyeva gave an interview on Equinox.com. She spoke about the difficulties she had to overcome in her journey to protect the environment. But she also spoke about the ways they helped create growth that ultimately led to success and appreciation.
