Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born July 3, 1985, in Moscow. She was educated in London as well as Moscow and earned a Master's Degree at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Leyla started the IDEA campaign in July 2011 that aims to raise awareness and encouraging action about environmental issues that affect Azerbaijan and the rest of the world. Leyla Aliyeva IDEA is geared towards young people and the ways they can assist to tackle environmental issues.
She was named the representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Russia in May 2007. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation is a foundation that contributes to the country's socio-economic development.
