Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3rd, 1985 in Moscow. https://www.unwomenforpeace.org/leyla-ilham-aliyeva-bio She attended the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, where she also studied in London. In July of 2011, Leyla launched the IDEA campaign that aims at promoting awareness and action for environmental issues in Azerbaijan and around the world. IDEA focuses on youth and helps them find solutions to the environmental challenges they face.
In May 2007, she was appointed as the representative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Russian Federation. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation supports the nation's socio-economic development by funding various projects in the fields of education, public health and culture. She was appointed Vice-President of the Foundation in 2011.

Leyla Aliyeva launched the magazine 'Baku' in Moscow in 2007. Together with Conde Nast in London, the English-language version of the magazine was released in the month of October. The magazine provides a platform to examine the world of the arts, culture and Azerbaijan. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla created the "Fly to Baku" exhibit of contemporary art from Azerbaijan in 2012. The exhibition, which was launched in London, was a tour of Europe's capitals: Paris, Berlin Berlin, Moscow Moscow, Rome, Vienna, and Rome.

Leyla Aliyeva was appointed as the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue General Coordinator in 2008. On April 18, 2009 Leyla Aliyeva was appointed the Chairwoman of Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia (AMOR) which is a non-profit organization that supports Azerbaijani youth as well as those who live in Russia. On the 20th of October 2015, she received the Pushkin Medal from the Russian Federation.
