Joe Rogan may be best known as a Mixed Martial Arts expert, but he also loves other combat sports. He has an extensive knowledge of both wrestling and kickboxing. Since his youth, he has been fascinated by the world of boxing. He even has a heavyweight boxer he loves.
Rogan, in an episode of his podcast joe rogan Boxers discussed the importance discipline and dedication to becoming a boxer. He said his son's comfort may be a hindrance to his career as a boxer, because he has to make sacrifices. He will have to work hard and spend a lot of time away from his family. He will have to be prepared to take some risks and risk a great deal of money.
JRE's host explained how boxing differs from MMA. joeroganmerch said the fighters' salaries in MMA are lower than they would be in a traditional match. It's because a big portion of the money from a fight is given to promoters and managers. Boxers receive around $60,000 for a typical fight.
Rogan also spoke on the potential of YouTuber Jake Paul as a professional fighter. He praised Jake Paul for his knockout with one punch against Tyron. Woodley. His feints, and his footwork was that of an actual fighter. He said that he hoped to have Paul fight him in a boxing bout in the future.
Rogan's remarks were mocked by the internet. Barstool founder Andrew Schultz called him "a secret conservative". Creator Clash, a popular YouTube show, continued to make fun of Rogan. iDubbbz & Matt Watson created a hilarious clip of Rogan's sombre address interspersed between footage of his Dad's fight. This clip has been retweeted over 4.8k times.
The JRE host, Joe Rogan Boxers said in an episode that WBC heavyweight Tyson Fury would have "NO CHANCE" to fight UFC pound-for -pound king Jon Jones. Jones was also described as a "monster" in the world of boxing. Fury is not the only one who believes that Jones will defeat Fury. Other professional boxers also agree. Fury's determination to pursue a career in boxing is evident. He has been spotted in the gym with Nick Diaz, a former UFC star and Darren Till. Hopefully he can prove himself one day in the ring to give combat fans a fight they have been looking forward to.
