The settlement stipulates that MJFT to pay an administrative penalty of a civil nature, educate relevant employees about the requirements of 8 U.S.C. Section 1324b. MJFT must submit three-year departmental monitoring and reports and change its policy regarding the exclusion of workers who have been authorized to work.
