1st call with Airline - Seems agent disconnected the call while on hold.
2nd call with the Airline - Agent disconnected the call for the second time as well IVR told office closed, agent did not followed procedures to reach Sales support.
3rd call with Airlines - Connected with Laura, from Tariff, provided details, AL agent said you need to call the Sales support. provided number
4th call with Airlines - Agent probably dialed the same number provided by AL agent, AL agent transferred to the other department, (HINDI voice recorded while hold with the Airlines agent forgot to put herself on mute), Al agent advised she should contact International line as she reached International Advantage line.
5th call with Airline - WM office IVR said office closed.
6th call with Airline - Agent again dialed same number again, same thing advised
7th call with Airlines - AL Agent having issues to save the TQT so put on hold to check with the other department, , they stop responding, then agent told cx that her shift is going to over, she is arranging the callback from Backend. Agent told customer why it took so long.
