Hello Mr. Sustek. The company we are working with for the visa process mentioned that the payment for the accommodation should be made and they require a signed confirmation document for the consulate indicating that the accommodation has been paid for. If you have taken care of this process, could you please send us the confirmation document? If not, could you provide us with the payment details that we can pay? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could include the dates of the accommodation in the invitation letter. Thank you.


Hello Mr. Sustek. All the required documents for the visa have been completed with the invitation letter. However, the Czech Consulate is currently providing visa appointments starting from June 12th at the earliest. In addition, an additional 2 weeks are added for approval. We have discussed this issue with the consulting company, and they suggested that a helpful step to expedite the process would be for you to send an email to the Czech Consulate. The content of the email can include the following: "It is urgent for Budmil Company to come to the Czech Republic for installation, as any delay would cause disruptions in the ongoing operations." We would appreciate it if you could also include the information of the individuals whose names are listed in the invitation letter at the bottom of the email.
