You can purchase an white t-shirt or pants at your local store you can also make one yourself. For transforming them into a prisoner costume you'll need black Duck Tape (r) and certain accessories. To make stripes on the shirt, cut strips of black tape and carefully put the tape on the shirt in the place you want the stripes. Same for the pants. Cover the soccer ball completely with black tape, and then put it away.
Put on a wig and a few beard hair to complete the appearance. Face paint is a great option to create bruising, scars and other disfigured parts. Additionally, you can get special effects tattoos that create a more rough appearance. You can also get the look of a prisoner wearing black and white stripes on your socks or shoes.
The majority of costume shops sell handcuffs or a pair and you can also add an extra ball chain. If you're really looking to bring this character alive, add some fake blood and a plastic weapon. Get your child a sassy costume for a robber the gangster to demonstrate that they're untouchable.
