Cereus panophthalmitis) caused by B.Cereus. The bacterium infected the central nervous system, causing a syndrome like clostridial encephalopathy. He was initially treated with penicillin, however the bacterium increased, and the treatment was changed to vancomycin. He was able to overcome his illness.
