Teori Dasar : Kecubung awalnya dikenal sebagai
gulma oleh masyarakat, kecubung sering juga
ditanam sebagai tanaman perkarangan.
Kandungan senyawa kimia yang terdapat pada daun,
buah, dan biji, kecubung memberikan efek farmakologis,
di antaranya yaitu hiosin, co-oksalat, zat lemak, atropin
(hyosiamin), dan skopolamin. Manfaat khasiat daun
kecubung terkenal mampuh mengobati beberapa penyakit,
Diantaranya yaitu: untuk mengobati asama, rematik,
sakit pinggang, pegel linu, bisul, dan eksim.
Bahan: - Daun Kecubung
- Minyak Kelapa
- Kapur Sirih
Alat: - Pipet Tetes
- Tabung Reaksi
- Gelas Kimia
- Mortar-Pestle
- Spiritus
Cara Kerja:
Langkah:
1. Ambil bbrp daun kecubung. Remas sampai layu.
Bisa juga ditumbuk gunakan mortar dan pestle
selama 2 menit
2. Campurkan remasan daun kecubung denga 2 tetes
minyak kelapa dan panaskan
3. Tunggu sampai hangat kuku
4. Ambil di telapak tangan
5. Tempelkan pada bagian yang sakit
