ล่าสุดอัยการมีคำสั่งฟ้อง นายพัฒนพล มินทะขิน หรือ ดีเจแมน และ น.ส.สุธีวัน กุญชร หรือ ใบเตย และจะนำตัวไปยื่นฟ้องต่อศาลอาญาทันที ในความผิดฐานกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชนและร่วมกันนำเข้าสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ซึ่งข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ. สำหรับผู้ต้องหาชุดเดียวกับ "ใบเตย" ที่เป็นชาวฮังการี ที่หลบหนีอยู่ในต่างประเทศนั้น รองโฆษกอัยการสูงสุดบอกว่าตามขั้นตอนจะต้องออกหมายจับ และใช้ช่องทางส่งผู้ร้ายข้ามแดนนำตัวกลับมาดำเนินคดีที่ไทยต่อไป. ในความผิดฐานกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน ร่วมกันฉ้อโกงประชาชน และร่วมกันนำเข้าสู่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ โดยแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จหรือปกปิดข้อเท็จจริงอันควรบอกให้แจ้ง โดยประกาศแพร่ข่าว ด้วยสื่อออนไลน์ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต อันเป็นความผิดตามพระราชกำหนดการกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน พ.ศ. 2527 ในวันที่ 9 พ.ค.นี้เวลา 09.00 น. โดยแสดงข้อความอันเป็นเท็จหรือปกปิดข้อเท็จจริงอันควรบอกให้แจ้ง โดยประกาศแพร่ข่าวด้วยสื่อออนไลน์ผ่านระบบอินเตอร์เน็ต อันเป็นความผิดตาม พ.ร.ก.การกู้ยืมเงินที่เป็นการฉ้อโกงประชาชน พ.ศ.
