Performed annual inspection. Engine oil and filter changed. The oil filter P/N PF1233. The spark plugs were gapped and cleaned, using spark plugs with P/N REM40E. Air filter was replaced with a new one, with P/N 42389. Cleaned and adjusted, and the idle mixture screw was set to the manufacturer's specifications. Magnetos were checked and adjusted to ensure proper ignition timing. Engine compression checked, and all cylinders found to be within the manufacturer's recommended range. Lastly, engine oil capacity was checked and found to be within the manufacturer's recommended range.
I certify that this engine has been inspected in accordance with an annual inspection per FAR part 3, Appendix D and has been found to be in an airworthy condition.

Engine oil and filter changed P/N LW-16702 and CH48108-1. Spark plugs were gapped and cleaned P/N REM40E, the air filter P/N LW-12572 was replaced, the carburetor P/N LW-15473 was cleaned and adjusted, the magnetos were checked and adjusted, the engine compression was checked, the engine oil capacity was checked, the cylinder head gasket was replaced with P/N LW-10273, the oil pump was replaced with P/N LW-13907, and the timing belt was replaced with P/N LW-12974.
All work performed IAW FAR 43 Apndx D and ponderosa checklist for 100 hour inspections; engine found airworthy and approved to be returned to service.

Maintenance tasks performed on the engine included replacing the spark plugs with part number REM38E. Oil filter was also changed with P/N 48108. Additionally, the fuel injectors were cleaned and tested, and the fuel filter was replaced with part number 48106.
During the engine overhaul, several parts were replaced with new ones. These included the cylinders, which were replaced with part number LW-18777, and the pistons, which were replaced with part number LW-18885. The connecting rods were also replaced with part number LW-18758, and the camshaft was replaced with part number LW-18763. Finally, the crankshaft was replaced with part number LW-18765. Engine was reassembled, and run-in. I certify this engine has been disassembled, inspected, and overhauled to manufacturer's overhaul manual new limits. Engine tested in accordance with recommended procedures and is approved for return to service. All applicable A.D notes and service bulletins are complied with at the time of overhaul.

Engine oil and filter were changed using part number P/N LW-16702 and P/N CH48103-1 respectively. Spark plugs with P/N REM38E were gapped and cleaned before reinstallation. Air filter replacement was done with P/N 106-104. Carburetor was cleaned and adjusted using P/N 10-3878. Magnetos were checked and adjusted, and engine compression was checked to ensure optimal performance. The engine oil capacity was also checked, and the cylinder head gasket was replaced using P/N 74922. Oil pump replacement was done using P/N 68737, and the timing belt was replaced using P/N 64646. All these changes were done to ensure that the engine was in top condition and performed optimally.
The aircraft, airframe, aircraft engine, or propeller identified above was repaired and inspected in accordance with current regulations of the FAA and is approved for return to service.
