Hello,

I am writing this e-mail because to say about the women who is the name Vanessa Gilss.

I am gone say about her she is really rude person because when we called the Kings and she hang up the phone or hear the are address which is “12 Alder Court Bream Close N17 9BS” she doesn’t want to talk or help us because of are English. She thinks we don’t know English so that’s why she skips us and she ignore us. She speaks with us proper shouted toward us. She didn’t even listen me she just said to me “we call you back”. But this is not helpful to us because some of the problem was really important. When she talking with us she laughing and she using sarcastic language. She is being raises. Also, I want to add on this point we called before for the reason we had in the home which are; the handle of the window was broke and we called Kings and that women didn’t help us even she didn’t listen the problem we had. We was living in the cold weather with that window, it was really cold. Also, the heater doesn’t work as well; it was in the living room. Then the other problem was the light in bathroom it doesn’t work on that time and we called them she sends to us someone after 1 month ago. Then we used just 1 week that light. Because the item they used for it, cheap, it wasn’t quality and it wasn’t strong. After that my dad did 2 times. Because when we called kings again they said we can’t do it. But it isn’t my fault. She doesn’t understand that. In my bathroom the closet of the flash doesn’t work so she didn’t send someone to check out. She proper ignores us to send someone to my house. The last point I want to mention about the hot water in the warehouse. It was really important but she didn’t send on that time someone to check it. She sends someone on another day which is 1 week after. We couldn’t use the hot water. We called when we had problem in my house. She didn’t even care about those.

About this problem I will gone say whatever I have legal rights I am gone get for this. Also, they increase my rent. In 2 years twice she increases my rent. I am sure the landlord didn’t do that. She is increasing that because when she increases the rent we will go from this house.

If necessary I will go to lawyer or council to complain that women. I got the print of this e-mail and I will get my legal rights.
