1. Asam Urat
Daun salam :
Karena terdapat minyak atsiri, tannin dan minyal esensial danekstrak metanol yang bermanfaat menyebuhkan penyakit asam urat
- Rebus 10-15 daun salam dengan 3 gelas air, rebus hingga tersisa 1 gelas, dan air hasil rebusan tersebut bisa diminum.
2. Kanker
Daun sirsak :
mengandung anonol, annocatalin, annohexocin, gentisic acid,annonacin, annomuricin, anomourine, caclourine, gigantetronin, linoleid acid, muricapentosin yang mampu menjaga kesehatan tubuh kita dan meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh kita.
- Ambil 10 lembar daun sirsak yang sudah tua dan dalam kondisi yang baik. Kemudian cuci sampai bersih dengan air. Lalu rebus dengan 3 gelas air, dan biarkan mendidih sampai hanya tersisi 1 gelas. Biarkan air rebusan dingin dan minum 2 kali sehari selama seminggu. Bila memliki efek yang baik, maka anda dapat melanjutkan meminum air rebusan tersebut.
3. Diabetes
Biji Rambutan :
Biji rambutan mengandung lemak dan polifenol yang membantu dalam penyembuhan diabetes
- Gongseng biji rambutan (lima biji), lalu giling sampai menjadi serbuk. Seduh dengan satu cangkir air panas. Setelah dingin, minum airnya sekaligus. Lakukan 1--2 kali sehari
