Planet urutan kedua setelah merkurius. Bumi 150 juta kilometer. Merupakan tempat yang sedang kita huni. Mars 228 juta kilometer. Planet ini pernah mampir ke bumi. Lalu yupiter 779 juta kilometer . Planet terbesar.. Ukurannya berkali kali lebih besar dari bumi. Saturnus, 1.430 juta kilometer. Uranus, 2.880 juta kilometer. Neptunus 4.500 juta kilometer.
● Sejak pertengahan 2008 ada 5 objek angkasa di klarifikasi sebagai planet kerdil. Orbit planet-planet kerdil, kecuali ceres. Berada jauh dari neptunus. Kelima planet tersebut ialah. Pertama Ceres 415 juta kilometer disabuk asteroid. Dulunya diklarifikasi sebagai planet ke 5. Pluto, 5.906 juta kilometer. Dulunya planet ini diklarifikasi sebagai planet ke 9. Lalu haumea dengan jarak 6.450 juta kilometer. Make-make dengan jarak 6.850 juta kilometer. Dan eris dengan jarak 10.100 juta kilometer.
● Matahari terbit dari bagian barat di planet venus. Itu sebabnya, planet venus sering mengalami badai dan banyak awan petirnya.
