Disebuah desa terpencil hiduplah seorang ibu dan dua anak kembar bergender perempuan yaitu lisa dan lusi, mereka berangkat kesekolah bersama-sama melakukan aktivitas pun bersama-sama walaupun kembar ada hal yg berbeda diantara keduanya lusi yg memiliki wajah sangat cantik dan sempurna sedangkan lisa tidak. ia memiliki tompel pada bagian pipinya namun disatu sisi lisa mempunyai kelebihan daripada saudara kembarnya lusi, lisa selalu juara kelas sedangkan lusi hanya mencapai peringkat 10 walaupun begitu mereka terlihat sayang satu sama lain. Hingga akhirnya dimana lisa diejek atau diolok-olok oleh teman-teman sekolahnya karena tompelnya tetapi lisa tidak perduli akan hal itu. Keesokan harinya lisa berbelanja dengan ibunya dipasar, saat berjalan ada segerombolan anak muda mengolok-olok lisa "tompel tompel" ibu nya yg mendengar perkataan itu langsung mempercepat melangkahkan kakinya untuk menghindari cemoohan segerombolan anak muda tesrsebut . Suatu malam lusi ke kamar lisa untuk meminjam buku yg ingin dia baca tak lama kemudia lusi terkejut melihat lisa yg sudah terkapar dilantai dengan luka yg sangat serius, darah nya berceceran dilantai lusi segera menghampirinya dan menemukan secarcik surat di tubuhnya
" aku minta maaf untuk kakak ku lusi dan ibu jika selama hidupku aku menyusahkan kalian" lusi menangis dan tersenyum membacanya
"Ibu! Ibu!" lusi memanggil ibunya hingga ibunya datang dan menghampiri lusi, melihat lisa yg terkapar ibunya mulai menangis
