Haruka, adalah gadis asli penduduk distrik Inrigo. Kedua orangtuanya pun juga, mereka melatih Haruka dengan sabar dan penuh kasih sayang. Walaupun begitu, ia tidak besar menjadi anak yang manja namun terkadang ia bisa menjadi kekanak-kanakan disaat dia 'mau'.
Sewaktu remaja, Haruka dan teman-teman sedang melakukan kemah. Saat api unggun tiba, mereka menari bersama namun tanpa Haruka sadari, ia terlalu dekat dengan api sehingga ranting yang 'menonjol keluar' mengenai betisnya sehingga memberikan luka bakar itu.
Hari semakin hari, Haruka kecil menjadi dewasa. Sejak kejadian luka bakar itu, ia memutuskan untuk menjadi seorang perawat dan mempelajari kekuatan baru untuk membantunya.
