- Staffs dibagi dalam 3 tim: Prof AU, Prof MINS, Manager
- 3 bulan sekali diundi tim mana yang akan mengisi event dalam 3 bulan itu
- Dari 3 tim dibagi menjadi beberapa sub-tim
- Sub-tim bisa mengisi event dalam 3 bulan yang telah ditentukan setiap 3 minggu sekali
(Jangka waktu dari event 1 ke event lain adalah 3 minggu)
*Note:
- Prof yang juga termasuk ke dalam manager harus memilih salah satu giliran membuat event
> Contoh:
Tim Prof MINS terpilih untuk mengisi event bulan Maret-April-Mei.
Sub Tim:
- Tim A: Prof Gilbert, Prof Violita, Prof Jovianne (mengisi event tanggal 19-20 Maret)
- Tim B: Prof Caron, Prof Jen, Prof Kim (mengisi event tanggal 9-10 April)
- Tim C: Prof Gabrielle, Prof Rhea, Prof Liam (mengisi event tanggal 30-1 April)
- Tim D: Prof Alford, Prof Felix, Prof Penny (mengisi event tanggal 21-22 Mei)
>> Kuota Games:
- Hari biasa: 2 kali seminggu
- Minggu tenang: 3 kali seminggu
