JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, efficient manner via telephone,
mail, and other correspondence, including:
• Researching and solving member questions, problems, and complaints concerning Credit Union accounts
• Account verifications
• Cross-selling Credit Union services
• Processing various transactions on member accounts
• Open and close accounts
• Maintain Service Level Commitments in terms of Abandonment Rate, Average Speed of Answer, and Call
Delay.
• Make outbound calls to assist in meeting sales goals and meeting member needs.
• Responsible for assessing member’s needs and opportunities for increasing product relationship between
• Financial Resources FCU and the member.
• Utilize technology for lead generation, profiling, and consultative selling to enhance relationships.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong written, verbal and listening skills to respond to variety of customer inquiries.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability and desire to work in a team environment.
• Ability to complete work accurately and within designated time frames.
• Good working knowledge of most recent Microsoft Applications.
