Nobrano is seeking a full-time and part time Customer Care Specialists to join our growing team. If you

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles outgoing and incoming multi-line customer care calls
• Schedules new leads for appointments, by adhering to established scripts and procedures
• Accommodates schedule needs of existing patients, including scheduling future appointments and

addressing schedule changes
• Makes outgoing confirmation and follow up calls for patient appointments
• Answers questions from patients and addresses concerns using established scripts and procedures
• Makes outbound recall calls to former patients to re-establish patient care
• Serves as information desk, including transfer of calls and accepting phone messages
• Demonstrates knowledge of services, professionalism and outstanding customer service
• Adheres to established procedures for inter-office communication and other guidelines related to the

job and the company
• Performs other related duties as assigned


Skills:
- Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
- Well verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter
- Previous customer service or call center experience is plus; entry level candidates are welcome to
