"I will be back soon my Tigerkit, please stay and rest." She mewed. She was tired and her eyes were drooping. She padded out of the nursery.
"Pinestar how could you! We have a kit! Tigerkit will be heartbroken! You fox-heart. Leave and never come back, enjoy your life as a weak little kittypet life!" She hissed.
"What's happening?" I let out a tiny mew. A White kit looked at me with big blue eyes. He shrugged his shoulders. He looked back at the entrance.
"I heard Pinestar is going to leave, to become a kittypet." He let put a mew. "Your mom is talking to him right now. She doesn't seem happy."
"Who's Pinestar? Our leader?" I asked. This white kit seemed pretty friendly. He looked down as if he didn't want to tell me.
"Pinestar is your father, and yes the Leader of Thunderclan." He finally mewed. "I'm Whitekit by the way, Snowfur's my mom. I was there when you were born. You had two sisters, they died though, even though you were the weakest out of all of them." He mewed.
"Weak! Who are you calling weak?" I playfully hissed. I looked Whitekit over. He wasn't so big. I leaped at him paws outstretched. I knocked him over and we barreled over.
"Who's weak now?" I playfully hissed. He narrowed his eyes and threw me off him. He got up and we play wrestled until we heard the entrance to the nursery shake.
We both looked up to see my mother and a white queen I hadn't seen before. They both looked at us. The white queens eyes went huge as she ran towards us.
"Get off him!" She threw me off him and I landed heavily on the ground. "Oh my sweet Whitekit are you okay? He didn't hurt you did he?" She asked frantically.
"Mom i'm fine. We were just playing! He didn't hurt me!" Whitekit let out an annoyed hiss. I looked over at the white queen.
"I'm sorry. I didn't realize. Next time don't act as if he's killing you!" She warned with a hiss. Whitekit looked at me, his eyes filled with something I didn't recognize.
"I need to talk to Tigerkit, alone, please." My mother mewed. Her eyes looked sadder than before. Whitekit and the queen who must be Snowfur nodded and walked out, leaving us alone.
"Tigerkit, your father...left, to become a kittypet. He left and will never come back, i'm sorry." She finished.
