Dengan ini kami selaku Admin(s) dari Royale City ingin memberikan konfirmasi selaku surat yang diberikan atas nama Jemima Imogen Park. Permintaan untuk kembali menempati Royale City tanpa melakukan open registrasi tidak berada di ketentuan peraturan kami, yang dimana Jemima Imogen Park jika kembali akan menjadi penduduk dengan status ilegal karena pihak pertama yaitu Jemima Imogen Park tidak memenuhi regulasi Open Registration yang biasa di selenggarakan kota Royale City.
Namun, memperhitungkan kembali kontribusi pihak pertama kepada Royale City selama setahun kemarin, kami selaku para Admin(s) memutuskan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada Jemima Imogen Park untuk kembali ke Royale City dengan status penduduk legal, maka dari ini ada beberapa ketentuan yang harus di patuhi, yaitu kembali lagi kepada permasalahan unverifikasi tanpa adanya kabar walaupun sudah diperingati dan dikurangi AED kami mengharapkan kejadian tersebut tidak terulang lagi, sesuai janji dimana pihak pertama menawarkan bahwa akan kembali aktif maka kami mengharapkan janji tersebut bisa di tepati dan bisa mengikuti Event yang diselenggarakan Royale City. Keputusan ini diambil melalui diskusi panjang yang bisa menuai kontroversi dengan kembalinya keberadaan pihak pertama, namun dengan adanya perjanjian maka kami memberikan kesempatan untuk kembali memulai dari awal.
