Kusto Group's homes are built with quality in mind.

As part of Yerkin Tishev's vision for a modern residential area, the firm is currently building an European-style community in Kazakhstan.

Koktobe City is expected to complete the project on the Almaty Eastern bypass road in 2023.

Koktobe City will have a full range of amenities, including four-story residential building supermarkets, schools and supermarkets, and a school, gyms pharmacies, and other facilities.

Modern cities are often characterized by outdated infrastructure. Housing projects are often not suitable for social interaction, don't include sports areas and don't differentiate pedestrians from traffic. Yerkin Tashev says, "These projects don't distinguish between leisure and work."

Infrastructure must be consistent with these principles in order to be thought of as thoughtful. The surrounding environment must be easy to understand, accessible and readily visible to the individual.

Yerkin Tatishev searches for inspiration in Europe
Yerkin Tatishev stresses the importance of a quality lifestyle when he designs Koktobe City.

He and his colleagues have been in awe of Finland as well as Germany for their project.

Tatishev was influenced by the low-rise structures parks, efficient infrastructure, and cities in Germany, such as Dusseldorf.

Daniel Kunin Tatishev declared, "All of these elements are essential to creating a relaxing environment. We were looking to recreate that at least in part."

"Almaty is the Central Asian city that stands out as the most European and free. It's also among the most intellectual. By following the idea of a city that is for the people, we believe that we have picked the most appropriate design direction for our construction.

All in one place at Kusto Group
Kusto Group, located in Koktobe City aims to provide modern and inspiring education environment, which includes a variety of facilities.

This will enable schools to have rooms that can be used for art, music and sports for teams.

It's easy to add a bit of travel on your daily commute by taking your children to swim, draw, or to play music.

It seemed like the perfect idea, to bring everything together in one place.

Separate structures are available for primary and secondary schools, as also a sports and an arts centre. It features a 25-meter pool lanes, a multipurpose gym, music and choreography studios, as well as pottery and sewing rooms.

Kusto Group puts emphasis on lighting, sound, and floor coverings to enhance the health of pupils at school.

A hall for assembly and a pool will be constructed on the other side of the school, both of which are open to the public.
