An ante is a small wager that the players make. Each player is then dealt two cards - one face-up and one face-down. The pocket card is the face down card. The betting round begins with the player with the lowest card face up. The betting round then continues with the player to the immediate left of the player who has placed the first bet. Players have the choice of folding, calling, and betting.
At the end of this round of betting the winner will be determined. If the pot was not raised during the final round of betting, the winner is determined by who the first person to reveal their cards. If all of the players check, the last person to the left from the dealer will show his cards first. The rank of the winning hands and all cards are then compared. The winner takes all of the pot's money.

The Dealer will then begin to deal cards clockwise around the table, beginning with the small blind. Each player will be left with two cards, as shown above. The dealer should be dealt the last card.
CHECK: A player may check to make sure there is no wager on the current round. The act of checking passes the action to the next poker player immediately clockwise from him or her. A check does no forfeit interest in a pot. Only visit here to wager is affected. If all players check during one round of betting, the round will be deemed complete.
After the turn is over, a fifth and last card is dealt face-up. The river is the next betting round. This is the last round of betting on a hand of Hold'em.
The blind bets are forced bets set to be placed before the game starts. The small blind is the bet that must be placed by the player to the left. The small blind bets half of the minimum while the big blind bets the minimum. The big blind is located to the left of the small blind.
