1. Apresiasi K3S Kec Baamang atas kegiatan sosialisasi E-Kinerja. E-Kinerja merupakan syarat pencairan TPP, tapi Perbup masih belum final.
E-SKP masih diberlakukan.
2. Gunakan medsos dengan bijak, tidak perlu mengeluhkan tentang tunjangan ke dalam medsos.
3. Baamang menjadi kecamatan pertama yang selesai mendokumentasikan KOSP.
4. Aktifkan kombel di sekolah hingga bisa didaftarkan dalam PMM.
5. Penggunaan i-personal tidak boleh disalahgunakan.
