I would like to inform you that Flex is a free services.
In Xfinity Flex you will get access all your favorite apps and networks, including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Paramount+, Spotify, Max HBO and more.
You also have access to free apps like Xumo Play, Tubi and Pluto, which include over 10,000 free shows and movies, including 200 channels. However, you just have to pay $25/ per month + taxes which includes $15 for rental modem and $10 for Unlimited data.

PARENTAL CONTROL PIN SETTINGS :
I see that you have been our loyal customer since so long, however, to prevent these type of charges in future you can make set Parental Controls Locks PIN:

Below mention are the steps :
1. Press the Xfinity button on your remote control.
2. Using the right arrow button, scroll over to highlight Settings. Press the OK button.
3. Use the down arrow button to highlight Parental Controls. Press OK.
4. Use the down arrow button to highlight Parental Control PIN. Press OK to select On.
5. Enter a four-digit Locks PIN of your choosing.
6. Re-enter the Locks PIN to confirm.
7. Press the Exit key to go back to regular TV viewing.

SHIPMENT GSK :
