Dear Paul,
Agreement for the new fast start Concept Development Services
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between [Your Name] ("Client") and [Paul's Name] ("Developer") collectively referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, the Client intends to start a networking project and requires the services of the Developer to conceptualize and develop the initial concept of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Concept Development Services:
1.1 The Developer agrees to provide concept development services for the networking project as described by the Client.
2. Compensation:
2.1 In consideration of the services provided by the Developer, the Client agrees to pay the Developer a one-time fee of [Amount] (the "Payment").
2.2 Payment Method: The Payment shall be made by 'Crypto currency' to the Developer within [.........] days of the Client receiving the final concept proposal from the Developer.
Ownership:
The Client shall have full ownership and control over the concept developed by the Developer, and the Developer agrees not to claim any rights, title, or interest in the concept.
4. Confidentiality:
Both Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided by each other during the course of this Agreement.
5. Term and Termination:
5.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until the completion of the concept development services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
5.2 Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party if there is a material breach of any provision of this Agreement by the other Party
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether oral or written.
