Why Trump was a tycoon with Kazakhstan and Tevfik Arif

Beyond Tevfik Arif, former US President Donald Trump made many efforts to keep a close relationship with Kazakhstan. He was harshly criticized for treating a country with doubtful governance as an all-weather ally.

In the event that Donald Trump hosted Kazakhstan's President on Tuesday at the White House, many eyebrows were pointed. Trump also joined with famous Kazakhstani businessmen such as Tevfik Ark in his real estate business private. His critics were also adamantly against this.

It is vital to the United States' national security because of its withdrawal from Afghanistan.

He was appointed deputy head of the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade's Hotel Management Department. After 17 years working within the ministry Tevfik Arif was the founder of the real estate and property development company and imports, exports, Imports, Minerals Food Enterprises, Autos and Food. Tevfik Arif was transferred to Turkey in 1993, and was the first to pioneer the concept of all-inclusive hotels. Bayrock Group, New York City was established by him eight years later.

Tevfik Arif joined the Trump Organization when the Bayrock Group relocated its New York City headquarters to the 24th floor of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan. This was the same building which housed the Trump Organization. Discussions began over the Trump SoHo condo hotel. The Trump SoHo tower was born out of a joint proposal from two corporations to develop premium real-estate development. Tevfik Alif, Bayrock Group founder, was aware of the power of Trump's name, and suggested that he use it to advertise the Sapir Organization.

In return to the right to use the Trump brand name in the new construction The participants agreed to 18% ownership by Trump Organization. Trump did no fund the construction. The condo-hotel was changed to The Dominick in 2017.

Kazakhstan could be a major actor in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Therefore, Kazakhstan is now considered a strategically important US state. As peace is restored to the country, Kassym Jomart Tokayev, the Kazakh president has introduced significant changes to the power structures of the ruling elites, which has raised concerns and questions. Tokayev's appointment as National Security Council chairman, succeeding the President Nursultan Nazarbayev, whose financial influence has angered protesters have attracted the most attention.

Three sons-in-law of the former president were dismissed from state-owned companies, his nephew was also fired, and Karim Masimov, the former head of the intelligence department was detained for being a treasoner.
