Over the previous weekend, 2 – four September , eight of our U16 Kingswood tennis players participated in two tennis tournaments within the coronary heart of the Karoo. Another nice weekend was had for the water polo membership this previous weekend. Our U14 ladies departed on Thursday for the Pitcairn Cup Water Polo Tournament hosted by Reddam House Constantia in Cape Town. Every year, Kingswood College honours the life of Uyinene Mrwetyana, an old Kingswoodian (OK’ 2018) who lost her life far too soon to gender-based violence. The vision of the event is to celebrate her life and to take the time to stop, pause and reflect on who Uyinene was and the legacy she has left behind.

It is a forty day interval before Easter where we are invited to look at our hearts and draw closer to God. Traditionally, folks quick, pray and provides. The Kingswood Debating Teams engaged in an epic K-Day Debate on Tuesday night.
I want I had had an opportunity to fulfill him again before he passed. He was at all times a beautiful human being with a kind heart. My condolences to his loves ones. My Darling Lloyd, my love, my angel, I love and miss you so much. You are continuously in my ideas and can remain in my heart endlessly. You are the light of my life and I will all the time have all our great memories to treasure.
