Later tonight we are going to hear about a man from Gods book the bible, the mans name was Joshua, and his job was an army commander. We follow our commander, that is God, he leads us and looks after us. Lets sing now: "Our God is a great big god"
Oh wonderful, its so nice to hear you all joining in and singing. Can we pray now.
Dear God, thank you for bringing us back together tonight at Friendship Club. Help us now to learn more about you, to understand you better, and to follow you. Thank you God that you love us, you care about us very deeply and you always want the best for us. Help us to speak often to you in prayer and to thank you when our prayers are answered. AMEN.
