Reason- pax called to check fare difference if he change the dat of travel for 10sep
Scenario- as per passenger request select flight for 10sep and run EX_R to check fare difference. EX_R automatically closed and flights were saved by EX_R. I have checked this in history where it is mention that I have selected the flight but I never saved them. Also this scenario happened in front of mentor-Lokesh .. we tried of to run IR command but nothing happened. After that that mentor help me to select same flight and we price the ticket again and the fare difference is 199$ along with penalty. We have saved tqt for that. Kindly check but I have not saved the flight. And I have all my command history with me for reference
