David Baazov Amaya began trading at the TSX Venture Exchange back in July 2010. David Baazov It then moved to TSX Exchange, and went public on October 13, 2013. The company was listed on the TSX in September 2014 when Amaya was included in the S&P/TSX Composite Index. The company is the second most-traded TSX company by market cap in Quebec in the month of October 31, 2014.

They include Ernst & Young's Quebec EY Entrepreneurs Of the Year in 2013 in the Information Technology Category and Mr. Baazov's appearance on Gaming Intelligence's Hot 50 list for 2012's most innovative, imaginative, and skilled people in online gambling. In 2012, Cantech Letter named Mr. Baazov TSX Venture Tech Company's CEO of 2012 and Amaya as the TSX Tech's stock of the year.
