If not set up correctly, you will no be able to send email.

Authentication which mean connect to client:-
Exchange:- these are made by microsogt. cx end user expierence:-
Syncs emails, contacts, calendars, notes, and everything else Microsoft works with.
Serves as the incoming and outgoing server settings for email clients.



GoDaddy has ability to utilize both the feature. Access to so many things. Sync for currect work.

POP Settings:- Its too old and new versions clients are not allowed these settings.

Outlook:> File> add acount> password> through DNS it will configure all settings byhelp of exhange> Too many folders>

Email trouble shooting steps:-


DNS for Email:- Domain > e mail plan. Setup(Mx records update automatically.)
Webmail if not working so please check mx records, email or email plan will not be working as well. It also will affect to connect client.

Check MX records;- These are domain specific records.
