This first workout for week 3, Burpees and Lunges for 25 minutes, was extremely high pace and intense. I wouldn't say it was significantly harder than I thought it would be, but it still has absolutely challenging. I worked out for a little by longer than 25 minutes as instructed, doing cycles of rounds of the listed exercises in order. 10 Burpees, followed by 16 walking lunges which I did with 12lb dumbbells, followed my 20 crunches. My max HR was 183bpm, with an average of 159bpm. I thought the workout went well, as I was able to get in 11 rounds during the allotted time. Although I wasn't able to be as fast as I was in the first round, I still managed to push through. My legs are absolutely the most sore part of my body, and my core as well. Below this I attached a screenshot of this workout with all of the information needed. I look forward to improving on my amount of rounds if we end up doing another one of these workouts in the future.

For the second workout of the week, the Furry 50's, I did the 5 sets of 10 reps of windmill push-ups, which I believe actually helped my chest be less sore than just regular push-ups which was nice. The back workout that I did was bent over rows, and really focused on activating my back muscles through mind-muscle connection. I was excited to see that we had DB Thrusters back in the work out mix because I hadn't done those since the last Weight Training I course. Mountain climbers were challenging and definitely got my heart rate going the highest. This workout took almost 25 minutes, with an average heart rate of 165bpm, with a maximum heart rate of 185bpm. I continued pushing even though I was exhausted and sweating a lot, and that felt great. I enjoyed the Furry 50's, and look forward to more workouts in the future that include wind mill push-ups and DB Thrusters. Even though this class hasn't been going for too long, I can already feel my body improving, which is quite rewarding. Below this I attached a screenshot of this workout. I look forward to next week!
