- 13.00 KST : maks, berkumpul di Bandara International Incheon [dipandu oleh Admin Y / X]. Warga diminta untuk Check In dan menuju Gate yang telah ditentukan.
- 14.00 KST : Berangkat dari Bandara International Incheon ke Lapland [melalui Helinski] selama kurang lebih 7 jam.
- 21.00 KST : Tiba di Bandar Udara Lapland. Semua warga diminta berkumpul dan segera menuju Bus yang akan membawa ke Kaklausttaen Igloo West Village [Dipandu oleh Admin Y / X]
- 22.00 KST : Usai pembagian nomor kamar, warga diminta untuk beristirahat malam.
29 Des 2015
- 9.00 KST / 7 WIB : Sarapan di Restaurant Kaklausttaen's.
- 10.00 WIB : Free Time. Warga dibebaskan berjalan-jalan namun dihimbau untuk tidak terlalu jauh. Disini, Admin Z / J / G / K akan mengumumkan perihal diadakannya Competitions to Make Snow Castles.
- 11.00 WIB : Pendaftaran dibuka untuk kelompok. 1 Kelompok terdiri dari 3 / 4 orang. Dan mereka bebas memilih rekan masing-masing.
- 12.00 WIB : Lunch Time
- 18.00 WIB : Warga diminta kembali ke penginapan.
- 19.00 WIB : Dinner Time
- 21.00 WIB : Pendaftaran untuk Lomba ditutup.
- 22.00 WIB : Warga diminta untuk beristirahat
30 Des 2015
- 7.00 WIB : Breakfast Time
- 10.00 WIB : Competitions to Make Snow Castles is start. Setiap grup diminta membuat kelompok sesuai dengan aturan yang diberikan. [akan dipandu oleh Admin Y / X / K / G]
- 12.00 WIB : Lunch Time [Oleh admin J / Z]
- 13.00 WIB : Competitions is stop. Time to count of judges. [All admin]
- 16.00 WIB : Pengumuman untuk mereka yang memenangkan lomba. 3 Juara utama dan 1 harapan.
- 19.00 WIB : Dinner Time
- 20.00 WIB : Free time until time to rest
31 Des 2015
- 7.00 WIB : Breakfast Time
- 10.00 WIB : Free Time. Admin menyiapkan perbekalan untuk Fireworks Party menyambut tahun baru 2016.
- 11.00 WIB : Beberapa admin akan menempatkan kotak wish [berupa link] untuk diberikan pada warga yang ingin menulis wish sebelum tahun berganti.
- 12.00 WIB : Lunch Time
- 19.00 WIB : Dinner Time sekaligus dengan Barbeque Party. Disini, warga bebas mengobrol, bersenda gurau, dan lainnya dengan warga lain di satu tempat yang telah disediakan oleh admin.
- 22.00 WIB : Pembacaan wish para warga oleh Admin.
- 23.30 WIB : Warga diminta menyiapkan kembang api masing-masing.
- 23.59 WIB : Seluruh warga beserta admin bisa meng-upload pict fireworks, atau meng-update melalui sosial media dan lainnya.
1 Jan 2016
- 2.00 WIB : Warga diminta kembali ke ruangan masing-masing untuk beristirahat.
- 8.00 WIB : Breakfast Time sekaligus menyiapkan barang-barang untuk perjalanan pulang.
- 11.00 WIB : Berkumpul di Bandara Lapland dan melakukan check in.
- 12.00 WIB : Pesawat take off dari Bandara Lapland ke Incheon International Airport, melalui Helinski. Perjalanan memakan waktu kurang lebih 7 jam.
- 19.00 WIB : Pesawat tiba di Korea. Warga dipersilakan pulang kembali ke rumah.
