Jako málá jsem byla velkým milovnikém psů.Z velkého množství ras se mi nejvíc zamlouval Bernský salašnický pes. Nejvíc mě na něm fascinovala jeho třibarvná srst,která je jeho ozdobou.
Bernského salašnického psa řadíme mezi středně velké až velké plemeno.Jeho původ sahá ,jak už název napovída, až do švýcarského Bernu.Kohoutkova výška psů je okolo 66 cm a u fen okolo 58 cm.
